  • The company has increased its structure and staff by 30% in order to ensure efficient delivery in the face of peak activity during the Black Friday campaign in 2023.

Logista’s express parcel and document delivery company, has increased its structure and staff by 30%, including delivery and office staff, and staff for the loading, unloading, and sorting of goods in hubs and franchise offices, in order to ensure the reliability of deliveries in the face of peaks of activity during the Black Friday campaign, thus anticipating and guaranteeing that it meets its delivery commitments to customers in a year in which it anticipates an increase in activity of between 4% and 6% compared to the Black Friday campaign of the previous year, and 15% compared to the usual levels during the rest of the year.

NACEX's strategy for the Black Friday and Christmas 2023 campaign is a response to the challenge posed by this time of year for courier businesses, which experience an avalanche of activity condensed into a relatively brief period, both due to the peak sales stimulated by discounts and offers from retailers and the returns resulting from these purchases.

To cope with the expected high volume of shipments, NACEX has the NACEX.shop delivery points, a sustainable modality that does not compromise the quality of service and guarantees the customer’s satisfaction with the delivery, due to the extended opening hours and proximity, facilitating pick-ups and returns.

The company has also added 60 support vehicles to make collections and deliveries between its hubs and franchise offices, as well as 30 new routes and 40 double routes while continuing to operate on Sundays and public holidays. This will enable them to cope with the increase in volume, guaranteeing delivery on time and maintaining excellence in service quality.

"Our aim is to be able to take on all shipments during the Black Friday and Christmas campaigns when commercial activity intensifies and the number of shipments and returns increases significantly. With the expansion of our team, we guarantee our customers optimal management and total reliability in the delivery service, " said Manel Orihuela, General Manager of NACEX.
